  9. JELLIED PERSIMMON SALAD

  11. 1 small package orange gelatin
  12. 1 cup hot water
  13. 2 cups persimmon pulp
  14. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  15. 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  16.  
  17. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add persimmon pulp and lemon juice. Cool,
  18. then fold in celery. Pour into oiled ring mold or individual molds and
  19. chill.
