JELLIED PERSIMMON SALAD
1 small package orange gelatin
1 cup hot water
2 cups persimmon pulp
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add persimmon pulp and lemon juice. Cool,
then fold in celery. Pour into oiled ring mold or individual molds and
chill.
